My name is KB with passport
number ******. I am an Examinee. I took the 2017 Philippine Licensure Exam. Before
officially becoming licensed, I will have to take the Oath and sign the Roll next
year after the official release of the 2017 exam passers. To take the Oath and
sign the Roll, I will have to be physically present here in the Republic of the
Philippines. This shall guarantee that I will be returning here in the
Philippines. I am writing this letter also to explain why I do not have an
Income Tax Return. After graduating in College, I went straight to study in
another School for another degree. I was never employed by any company which
was the reason why I am excluded from the legal requirement of filing an Income
Tax Return. In lieu of the Income Tax Return, I submitted other supporting
documents.
I
is my childhood dream
to visit Japan. I want to experience its rich culture. I would love to
ride the very famous Bullet Train. I always dream of visiting Japan
Disneyland. And be a witness to it amazing beauty.
